Narrative:
After performing a pre-service check I was called to the aircraft at XA00 and informed by an FAA inspector that some of the seat mounted lights were not working. I had checked the lights early in the night but may have missed a couple of them.

Title: AN MD80 WAS CHKED BY AN FAA SAFETY INSPECTOR AND FOUND SEVERAL SEAT MOUNTED FLOOR ESCAPE LIGHTS INOP.
Narrative: AFTER PERFORMING A PRE-SVC CHK I WAS CALLED TO THE ACFT AT XA00 AND INFORMED BY AN FAA INSPECTOR THAT SOME OF THE SEAT MOUNTED LIGHTS WERE NOT WORKING. I HAD CHKED THE LIGHTS EARLY IN THE NIGHT BUT MAY HAVE MISSED A COUPLE OF THEM.
