Narrative:
While on the choshi eight departure (runway 16) and passed yokoshiba (yq) at approximately 9 DME, the captain requested and was cleared to fly direct to our next flight plan waypoint. The civil aviation bureau, ministry of transport new tokyo international airport authority/authorized then sent a flight corridor deviation questionnaire to air carrier cargo. Perhaps including the flight engineer in the SID could prevent the crew from turning to intercept the 094 degree radial hme until D12 nre.
