Narrative:

Just as we were cleared for takeoff, on runway 1R in sfo, we heard 6+ chimes in succession. We pulled the power back and stopped the jet, abeam taxiway M. We may have rolled 200 ft at a speed of 15 KTS. We canceled our takeoff clearance and received permission to hold there for a min. A flight attendant called and said she may have an emergency. She called back and said everything was fine. A little old lady in seat xy had pushed her call button 6+ times for no reason. We received takeoff clearance and departed.

Title: PIREP, SFO RWY FOR TKOF. HEARD 6+ PAX CHIMES, THOUGHT IT WAS AN EMER, STOPPED TKOF. PURSER RPTED ELDERLY WOMAN RANG CHIME BY MISTAKE. RECEIVED TKOF CLRNC AGAIN, DEPARTED.

Narrative: JUST AS WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF, ON RWY 1R IN SFO, WE HEARD 6+ CHIMES IN SUCCESSION. WE PULLED THE PWR BACK AND STOPPED THE JET, ABEAM TXWY M. WE MAY HAVE ROLLED 200 FT AT A SPD OF 15 KTS. WE CANCELED OUR TKOF CLRNC AND RECEIVED PERMISSION TO HOLD THERE FOR A MIN. A FLT ATTENDANT CALLED AND SAID SHE MAY HAVE AN EMER. SHE CALLED BACK AND SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE. A LITTLE OLD LADY IN SEAT XY HAD PUSHED HER CALL BUTTON 6+ TIMES FOR NO REASON. WE RECEIVED TKOF CLRNC AND DEPARTED.
