Narrative:
During an investigation into some high pressure compressor rear shafts that were damaged during a repair process, it was revealed to me that there is a possibility that engines were produced from ZZZ engine shop with this condition: forward face of stage 4 disc web diaphragm 13 impacted by blast media.
