Narrative:

A precautionary landing was made because of impending low ceiling (1300 ft AGL). Approach to subdivision was VFR -- skies clear above, but with a cloud bank (that was not forecast) moving in from the north. Airspeed on approach was about 6 KTS. After landing and stabilizing the balloon, we were talking to the land owners when we were hit with about a 13-15 KT gust of wind causing us to move toward the property owner's home. I decided to fly on and up on launching we brushed the gutter on the house doing very minor (small dent) damage to the gutter with no damage to the balloon. Once in the air we established level flight at 500 ft AGL at 16 KTS. We landed about 20 mins later at 10 KTS about 3 mi from our initial landing.
