Narrative:
Started the day with xyz that had 2 hours left until 100 hour inspection. Tape deck in xyz broke down after .5 hours (first flight). Had to change aircraft, new aircraft XXX. Very busy day, XXX also close to 100 hour inspection. Accidentally overflew 100 hours by 1.7 hours. Discovered by end of day.

Title: A BELL 206 HELI WAS OPERATED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH FLT BEYOND 100 HR CHK LIMITS.
Narrative: STARTED THE DAY WITH XYZ THAT HAD 2 HRS LEFT UNTIL 100 HR INSPECTION. TAPE DECK IN XYZ BROKE DOWN AFTER .5 HRS (FIRST FLT). HAD TO CHANGE ACFT, NEW ACFT XXX. VERY BUSY DAY, XXX ALSO CLOSE TO 100 HR INSPECTION. ACCIDENTALLY OVERFLEW 100 HRS BY 1.7 HRS. DISCOVERED BY END OF DAY.
