Narrative:
I became aware of a possible problem with a passenger in xb, when another flight attendant in xh called to me and said 'I think you're going to have a problem with him.' she pointed to xb. I looked over at him and he was talking out loud. At the time I wasn't sure if he was just singing, as he had headphones on and I couldn't understand what he was saying. I then went right to our purser and told him what had just taken place (we were just about to push off, I believe). The purser went back to the passenger. I don't know what took place at that time, but passenger was quiet after that, until all flight attendants were in jump seats and we were about to take off, then passenger started shouting loudly about being saved by the lord, roaring like a lion. A gentleman behind him had to move and people to the side (a family with small children) had to move. A flight attendant at xl went to the purser and came back. When I saw the purser was still strapped in, I heard the passenger say the word 'crash.' I immediately went to the purser and reported the same. The passenger seated in yg stopped me to tell me that he was acting very disruptive in the terminal and was yelling at her. She told me that 'they were aware of him outside the terminal before boarding.' callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the man started yelling on taxi about everyone not being saved unless they found jesus, and then he mentioned the word 'crash.' the purser had to be told again by a deadheading flight attendant to do something about this man. The captain was told and decided to turn around and go back to the gate. The passenger in first class were frightened, because they could only hear the guy and not see him. After the auths took him off, some first class passenger were quite relieved, saying that if he wasn't taken off, they weren't going. The reporter found out that the man had no checked luggage or carry-on luggage. She doesn't know for sure that the agents were aware of this man's neurotic behavior in the boarding area, she only had the first class woman's statement that 'they' were aware of him, which she assumes meant the boarding agents.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, A300, MIA-JFK. STRANGE MAN DISRUPTED FLT ON TAXI. PURSER TALKED TO HIM, STARTED YELLING 'CRASH,' OTHER PAX SCARED AND RPTED HE WAS UNRULY IN BOARDING AREA, AGENTS APPEARED TO BE AWARE AND STILL BOARDED HIM.
Narrative: I BECAME AWARE OF A POSSIBLE PROB WITH A PAX IN XB, WHEN ANOTHER FLT ATTENDANT IN XH CALLED TO ME AND SAID 'I THINK YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE A PROB WITH HIM.' SHE POINTED TO XB. THE PURSER WENT BACK TO THE PAX. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TOOK PLACE AT THAT TIME, BUT PAX WAS QUIET AFTER THAT, UNTIL ALL FLT ATTENDANTS WERE IN JUMP SEATS AND WE WERE ABOUT TO TAKE OFF, THEN PAX STARTED SHOUTING LOUDLY ABOUT BEING SAVED BY THE LORD, ROARING LIKE A LION. A GENTLEMAN BEHIND HIM HAD TO MOVE AND PEOPLE TO THE SIDE (A FAMILY WITH SMALL CHILDREN) HAD TO MOVE. A FLT ATTENDANT AT XL WENT TO THE PURSER AND CAME BACK. WHEN I SAW THE PURSER WAS STILL STRAPPED IN, I HEARD THE PAX SAY THE WORD 'CRASH.' I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THE PURSER AND RPTED THE SAME. THE PAX SEATED IN YG STOPPED ME TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS ACTING VERY DISRUPTIVE IN THE TERMINAL AND WAS YELLING AT HER. SHE TOLD ME THAT 'THEY WERE AWARE OF HIM OUTSIDE THE TERMINAL BEFORE BOARDING.' CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THE MAN STARTED YELLING ON TAXI ABOUT EVERYONE NOT BEING SAVED UNLESS THEY FOUND JESUS, AND THEN HE MENTIONED THE WORD 'CRASH.' THE PURSER HAD TO BE TOLD AGAIN BY A DEADHEADING FLT ATTENDANT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MAN. THE CAPT WAS TOLD AND DECIDED TO TURN AROUND AND GO BACK TO THE GATE. THE PAX IN FIRST CLASS WERE FRIGHTENED, BECAUSE THEY COULD ONLY HEAR THE GUY AND NOT SEE HIM. AFTER THE AUTHS TOOK HIM OFF, SOME FIRST CLASS PAX WERE QUITE RELIEVED, SAYING THAT IF HE WASN'T TAKEN OFF, THEY WEREN'T GOING. THE RPTR FOUND OUT THAT THE MAN HAD NO CHKED LUGGAGE OR CARRY-ON LUGGAGE.
