Narrative:
After receiving taxi clearance we experienced an electrical power failure. Trying to resolve the problem we missed the turn into taxiway Z. Realizing our mistake, we tried to rectify as fast as possible. Since I had been on the controls I take full responsibility.

Title: A PIC'S RPT ON A RWY INCURSION DURING LOSS OF RADIO CONTACT WITH GND CTLR AT EWR, NJ.
Narrative: AFTER RECEIVING TAXI CLRNC WE EXPERIENCED AN ELECTRICAL PWR FAILURE. TRYING TO RESOLVE THE PROB WE MISSED THE TURN INTO TXWY Z. REALIZING OUR MISTAKE, WE TRIED TO RECTIFY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. SINCE I HAD BEEN ON THE CTLS I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY.
