Narrative:
On takeoff we had an electrical malfunction (bus circuit breaker opened), a confign problem (automatic slat fail), an FMS problem (speed commands not given), and numerous indication problems (flaps down on left inboard after retraction, inboard slat extension, left side), no hydraulic or oil quantity on #1 engine. Somehow we did not capture 4000 ft. We got a TA from TCASII. Departure control called us to get us to correct to 4000 ft. We corrected to 4000 ft, troubleshot to system problems, and continued with the departure. We continued to destination, sending the company an ACARS message about the malfunctions. Supplemental information from acn 486340: on departure from frankfurt (eddf) we experienced multiple problems (autoplt wouldn't engage).

Title: AN MD11 CARGO CREW, DISTR WITH MULTIPLE EQUIP MALFUNCTIONS, OVERSHOOTS ITS ASSIGNED ALT DURING A SID DEP PROC NEAR EDDF, FO.
Narrative: ON TKOF WE HAD AN ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION (BUS CIRCUIT BREAKER OPENED), A CONFIGN PROB (AUTO SLAT FAIL), AN FMS PROB (SPD COMMANDS NOT GIVEN), AND NUMEROUS INDICATION PROBS (FLAPS DOWN ON L INBOARD AFTER RETRACTION, INBOARD SLAT EXTENSION, L SIDE), NO HYD OR OIL QUANTITY ON #1 ENG. SOMEHOW WE DID NOT CAPTURE 4000 FT. WE GOT A TA FROM TCASII. DEP CTL CALLED US TO GET US TO CORRECT TO 4000 FT. WE CORRECTED TO 4000 FT, TROUBLESHOT TO SYS PROBS, AND CONTINUED WITH THE DEP. WE CONTINUED TO DEST, SENDING THE COMPANY AN ACARS MESSAGE ABOUT THE MALFUNCTIONS. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 486340: ON DEP FROM FRANKFURT (EDDF) WE EXPERIENCED MULTIPLE PROBS (AUTOPLT WOULDN'T ENGAGE).
