Narrative:
At about 10000 ft, I scanned the system displays and found the #7 and #8 tire had an amber outline around them. The tire pressure on #7 was 255 psi and #8 was 175 psi. The tire differential warning shortly thereafter was alerted and the tire pressure continued to decrease. Technician and dispatch was notified and all of us agreed that we should probably return to dfw for a landing rather than go on to gru. The tire fail alert then came on and procedures were followed to return to nearest suitable airport. We declared an emergency and dumped fuel and returned to dfw without incident.
