Narrative:

First officer was PF. Aircraft landed on runway 36R at mco. Cleared runway at intersection J. The captain turned right (south) onto taxiway B and taxied about 100 ft prior to the first officer receiving taxi clearance. Ground controller told us to taxi to the gate. She then modified the clearance to enter the ramp by transitioning intersection B4 to taxiway C. I cautioned the captain that we had not yet received taxi clearance. However. To expedite traffic about to land we cleared the intersection.
