Narrative:
XA42Z, frequency 125.5, 6500 ft, mia departure controller, dhp 151 degree radial 25 DME. Climbing through 6300 ft, aircraft experienced several flight control problems with no pilot inputs. Declared emergency, dumped fuel and returned to mia for landing. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the aircraft was a B727-200 and the incident occurred between 6300 ft and 6500 ft. The reporter said at 6300 ft the autoplt disconnected and the aircraft yawed nose left followed by 5-6 pitch-up movements. The reporter stated the pitch movements were felt in the control column. The reporter said when being interviewed by the chief pilot it was suggested by the chief pilot that these uncommanded control movements were pilot induced. The reporter stated the flight data recorder printout was checked and confirmed the uncommanded movements were not pilot induced. The reporter said maintenance found the right elevator power control unit had failed.

Narrative: XA42Z, FREQ 125.5, 6500 FT, MIA DEP CTLR, DHP 151 DEG RADIAL 25 DME. CLBING THROUGH 6300 FT, ACFT EXPERIENCED SEVERAL FLT CTL PROBS WITH NO PLT INPUTS. DECLARED EMER, DUMPED FUEL AND RETURNED TO MIA FOR LNDG. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE ACFT WAS A B727-200 AND THE INCIDENT OCCURRED BTWN 6300 FT AND 6500 FT.
