Narrative:
Outside the OM we experienced moderate turbulence with a 30 KT gain in airspeed flying the ILS approach to runway 27R in mia. We immediately performed a missed approach and were given a clearance to 4000 ft with clearance to deviate around WX as necessary. We continued to request a higher altitude, but due to turbulence were able to maintain +/-300 ft. We received a clearance to 10000 ft almost immediately. Diversion to rsw was uneventful with no complaints from ATC or any passenger. No one was injured and no problems were reported to us by anyone.

Title: WX ENCOUNTER IN MIA RESULTS IN DIVERSION.
Narrative: OUTSIDE THE OM WE EXPERIENCED MODERATE TURB WITH A 30 KT GAIN IN AIRSPD FLYING THE ILS APCH TO RWY 27R IN MIA. WE IMMEDIATELY PERFORMED A MISSED APCH AND WERE GIVEN A CLRNC TO 4000 FT WITH CLRNC TO DEVIATE AROUND WX AS NECESSARY. WE CONTINUED TO REQUEST A HIGHER ALT, BUT DUE TO TURB WERE ABLE TO MAINTAIN +/-300 FT. WE RECEIVED A CLRNC TO 10000 FT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. DIVERSION TO RSW WAS UNEVENTFUL WITH NO COMPLAINTS FROM ATC OR ANY PAX. NO ONE WAS INJURED AND NO PROBS WERE RPTED TO US BY ANYONE.
