Narrative:
On climb out from msp and level and on departure vector to phx (240 degrees level 7000 ft), we got clearance to turn to 230 degrees and climb to 17000 ft. As soon as climb was started we got TA on TCASII immediately followed by RA to 'monitor vertical speed,' then we got a clearance to level at 9000 ft and turn immediately to 150 degrees. While leveling and turning, a second RA was received for another aircraft to 'climb crossing climb.' started a maximum effort above 11000 ft. This ended the event. Thank god for TCASII.

Title: B757 CREW RECEIVED 2 TCASII RA'S WHILE CLBING OUT FROM MSP.
Narrative: ON CLBOUT FROM MSP AND LEVEL AND ON DEP VECTOR TO PHX (240 DEGS LEVEL 7000 FT), WE GOT CLRNC TO TURN TO 230 DEGS AND CLB TO 17000 FT. AS SOON AS CLB WAS STARTED WE GOT TA ON TCASII IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED BY RA TO 'MONITOR VERT SPD,' THEN WE GOT A CLRNC TO LEVEL AT 9000 FT AND TURN IMMEDIATELY TO 150 DEGS. WHILE LEVELING AND TURNING, A SECOND RA WAS RECEIVED FOR ANOTHER ACFT TO 'CLB XING CLB.' STARTED A MAX EFFORT ABOVE 11000 FT. THIS ENDED THE EVENT. THANK GOD FOR TCASII.
