Narrative:
Cleared for the quiet bridge visual to runway 28R (sfo), by approach control. The first officer was flying and I was monitoring the approach. At about 1000 ft AGL we were parallel with the air carrier and very close. I had gone to TA with the TCASII so we wouldn't get a nuisance alert. The wind was blowing from the northwest about 20 KTS and I was making sure we didn't get blown toward the other aircraft. We never heard approach send us over to tower. As soon as we touched down, I realized we were still on approach's frequency, and switched. Tower just told us to hold short of runway 28L.

Title: AN ACR FLC FLYING A B737 LANDS AT SFO WITHOUT A LNDG CLRNC.
Narrative: CLRED FOR THE QUIET BRIDGE VISUAL TO RWY 28R (SFO), BY APCH CTL. THE FO WAS FLYING AND I WAS MONITORING THE APCH. AT ABOUT 1000 FT AGL WE WERE PARALLEL WITH THE ACR AND VERY CLOSE. I HAD GONE TO TA WITH THE TCASII SO WE WOULDN'T GET A NUISANCE ALERT. THE WIND WAS BLOWING FROM THE NW ABOUT 20 KTS AND I WAS MAKING SURE WE DIDN'T GET BLOWN TOWARD THE OTHER ACFT. WE NEVER HEARD APCH SEND US OVER TO TWR. AS SOON AS WE TOUCHED DOWN, I REALIZED WE WERE STILL ON APCH'S FREQ, AND SWITCHED. TWR JUST TOLD US TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 28L.
