Narrative:
We were cleared for the 'mall visual' approach to runway 34L at sea airport. It was the first clear day in weeks. Traffic was light on the approach frequency. So light that after we were cleared for the visual we did not hear approach talking to any other aircraft. This contributed to the incident as we forgot we were still on approach. Approach failed to hand us over to tower and we landed without a clearance from tower. Once we had landed, approach told us to contact tower and we did. There was no conflict with any aircraft on the ground. Tower later said in a phone conversation, that they had sight of us the whole time and knew what we were going to do. Factors that contributed: 1) nice day WX wise. 2) quiet day on approach control. 3) failure of approach control to hand us off. 4) the biggest -- our complacency.

Title: AN ACR E120 FLC LANDS WITHOUT CLRNC ON A BEAUTIFUL DAY. NO CONFLICT.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR THE 'MALL VISUAL' APCH TO RWY 34L AT SEA ARPT. IT WAS THE FIRST CLR DAY IN WKS. TFC WAS LIGHT ON THE APCH FREQ. SO LIGHT THAT AFTER WE WERE CLRED FOR THE VISUAL WE DID NOT HEAR APCH TALKING TO ANY OTHER ACFT. THIS CONTRIBUTED TO THE INCIDENT AS WE FORGOT WE WERE STILL ON APCH. APCH FAILED TO HAND US OVER TO TWR AND WE LANDED WITHOUT A CLRNC FROM TWR. ONCE WE HAD LANDED, APCH TOLD US TO CONTACT TWR AND WE DID. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT WITH ANY ACFT ON THE GND. TWR LATER SAID IN A PHONE CONVERSATION, THAT THEY HAD SIGHT OF US THE WHOLE TIME AND KNEW WHAT WE WERE GOING TO DO. FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTED: 1) NICE DAY WX WISE. 2) QUIET DAY ON APCH CTL. 3) FAILURE OF APCH CTL TO HAND US OFF. 4) THE BIGGEST -- OUR COMPLACENCY.
