Narrative:

Upon arrival in bos, a medical emergency occurred on the ground, while taxiing. An elderly woman had extreme difficulty breathing. I was informed by phone that coach flight attendants were administering oxygen. I asked the captain to radio ahead for paramedics to meet the flight. When we arrived at the gate, both the captain and I made announcements asking all passenger to remain seated. The paramedics came almost immediately, as did immigration officers. The agent made another announcement asking passenger to be seated, so that medical personnel could get to the passenger in distress. The immigration officer informed us that no passenger would be allowed off until the ill passenger was removed from the aircraft. While the paramedics were working on the elderly woman, passenger mrs X, who was seated behind the medical emergency, attempted to get by them to leave the aircraft. A flight attendant asked her to be seated and to stay out of the way of the medics, but mrs X pushed right by him. The paramedics brought the ill passenger to the 1L door in our aisle wheelchair, and mrs X followed right behind them, with all her bags, leaving her husband behind. Mrs X was not with this ill passenger. The immigration officer, the agent, the captain, and I all told mrs X to return to her seat, but she refused. She then tried to get by the paramedics on the jetbridge. At this time, agent Y made the decision to call the state police. They apprehended mrs X in customs, and she was arrested for interference with a medical emergency and crew member duties.

Title: WOMAN BECOMES ILL ON TAXI IN, PARAMEDICS AND IMMIGRATION MET FLT. UNRULY WOMAN REFUSED TO SIT UNTIL ILL PAX REMOVED. ARRESTED IN CUSTOMS.

Narrative: UPON ARR IN BOS, A MEDICAL EMER OCCURRED ON THE GND, WHILE TAXIING. AN ELDERLY WOMAN HAD EXTREME DIFFICULTY BREATHING. I WAS INFORMED BY PHONE THAT COACH FLT ATTENDANTS WERE ADMINISTERING OXYGEN. I ASKED THE CAPT TO RADIO AHEAD FOR PARAMEDICS TO MEET THE FLT. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE GATE, BOTH THE CAPT AND I MADE ANNOUNCEMENTS ASKING ALL PAX TO REMAIN SEATED. THE PARAMEDICS CAME ALMOST IMMEDIATELY, AS DID IMMIGRATION OFFICERS. THE AGENT MADE ANOTHER ANNOUNCEMENT ASKING PAX TO BE SEATED, SO THAT MEDICAL PERSONNEL COULD GET TO THE PAX IN DISTRESS. THE IMMIGRATION OFFICER INFORMED US THAT NO PAX WOULD BE ALLOWED OFF UNTIL THE ILL PAX WAS REMOVED FROM THE ACFT. WHILE THE PARAMEDICS WERE WORKING ON THE ELDERLY WOMAN, PAX MRS X, WHO WAS SEATED BEHIND THE MEDICAL EMER, ATTEMPTED TO GET BY THEM TO LEAVE THE ACFT. A FLT ATTENDANT ASKED HER TO BE SEATED AND TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY OF THE MEDICS, BUT MRS X PUSHED RIGHT BY HIM. THE PARAMEDICS BROUGHT THE ILL PAX TO THE 1L DOOR IN OUR AISLE WHEELCHAIR, AND MRS X FOLLOWED RIGHT BEHIND THEM, WITH ALL HER BAGS, LEAVING HER HUSBAND BEHIND. MRS X WAS NOT WITH THIS ILL PAX. THE IMMIGRATION OFFICER, THE AGENT, THE CAPT, AND I ALL TOLD MRS X TO RETURN TO HER SEAT, BUT SHE REFUSED. SHE THEN TRIED TO GET BY THE PARAMEDICS ON THE JETBRIDGE. AT THIS TIME, AGENT Y MADE THE DECISION TO CALL THE STATE POLICE. THEY APPREHENDED MRS X IN CUSTOMS, AND SHE WAS ARRESTED FOR INTERFERENCE WITH A MEDICAL EMER AND CREW MEMBER DUTIES.
