Narrative:
We were selling duty-free products, and this passenger had a problem. I was trying to explain and help him when he began to swear. I told him it was not acceptable to use profanity, and he got further irritated and demanded to see the purser. She came back and he continued to curse and be angry and then we called the cockpit. When the first officer came back, he calmed down. He apologized to me for his language and we thought all was resolved, but when I was on my rest break, he went back to the flight attendants and demanded to see me. He had a handful of torn pages from magazines, with many profane words circled. This strange behavior alarmed the flight attendants, who again called the cockpit. Our captain came back this time with the manual and told the passenger to stop harassing us. He showed him information in the FAA manual about bothering flight staff and told him, if he didn't calm down, auths would meet the flight. Luckily, he did calm down and I had no further interaction with him for the rest of the flight. Supplemental information from acn 487688: took pages from a magazine and circled profanity passages then gave to flight attendant #5, who gave them to captain. A passenger in-flight disturbance form was completed and shown to passenger.

Title: DURING DUTY FREE SVC, PAX HAD PROB WITH DUTY FREE CATALOG, VERBALLY ABUSED CABIN ATTENDANT, ACTED STRANGE. CAPT, FO INTERVENTION.
Narrative: WE WERE SELLING DUTY-FREE PRODUCTS, AND THIS PAX HAD A PROB. WHEN THE FO CAME BACK, HE CALMED DOWN. HE APOLOGIZED TO ME FOR HIS LANGUAGE AND WE THOUGHT ALL WAS RESOLVED, BUT WHEN I WAS ON MY REST BREAK, HE WENT BACK TO THE FLT ATTENDANTS AND DEMANDED TO SEE ME. HE HAD A HANDFUL OF TORN PAGES FROM MAGAZINES, WITH MANY PROFANE WORDS CIRCLED. THIS STRANGE BEHAVIOR ALARMED THE FLT ATTENDANTS, WHO AGAIN CALLED THE COCKPIT. OUR CAPT CAME BACK THIS TIME WITH THE MANUAL AND TOLD THE PAX TO STOP HARASSING US. HE SHOWED HIM INFO IN THE FAA MANUAL ABOUT BOTHERING FLT STAFF AND TOLD HIM, IF HE DIDN'T CALM DOWN, AUTHS WOULD MEET THE FLT. LUCKILY, HE DID CALM DOWN AND I HAD NO FURTHER INTERACTION WITH HIM FOR THE REST OF THE FLT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 487688: TOOK PAGES FROM A MAGAZINE AND CIRCLED PROFANITY PASSAGES THEN GAVE TO FLT ATTENDANT #5, WHO GAVE THEM TO CAPT. A PAX INFLT DISTURBANCE FORM WAS COMPLETED AND SHOWN TO PAX.
