Narrative:
A passenger fainted in the lavatory and in doing so, broke her lower leg. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the flight was from phl to frankfurt, and they were about 4 hours out, in smooth air, when the woman fell. She ended up with a compound fracture, and was attended to by a passenger md. The captain talked to medlink, and conferred about diverting, but the woman insisted that she wasn't in too much pain, so they continued on to their destination.
