Narrative:

Aircraft xyz, xb gate, found both wing leading edge lower panels missing leading edge tape. Per maintenance manual 57-33-99 page 801 received illegal job action letter from ZZZ management on oct/xa/00. Any delays on write-ups and I'll be fired. Did not write-up panels for fear of losing my job. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the management policy concerning write-ups on the lower wing panel leading edge erosion, and interim repair with 600 mph tape is a tactic to cause delays. The reporter said the company and the union are in contract talks and anything written up by a gate technician is suspect.
