Narrative:
IFR twin propeller aircraft on left downwind runway 33 at addison airport, approximately 2 mi southwest of ads, and turning left base and, IFR king air, departed dallas love field (dal), climbing nebound. Conflict 2 mi southwest ads. Proximity 200 ft and 1/4 mi. Ads tower issued traffic alert to seminole who said he saw it. King air was faster and out in front.

Title: AIRBORNE CONFLICT WITH A PA44 DOWNWIND TURNING BASE LEG IN CLASS D AIRSPACE, AND ON THE BORDER OF CLASS B AIRSPACE AND A KING AIR CLBING OUT FROM A NEARBY ARPT UNDER CLASS A AIRSPACE.
