Narrative:
Was given a descent into brl. Descending through 6500 ft for 6000 ft, got a TA. Told center that we were about to get an RA. Center said that it was a bonanza VFR climbing through 6000 ft for 6500 ft. Never got a visual on the traffic. Got an RA and climb 1000 ft. The controller was overloaded and was controling many frequencys.
