Narrative:
Departing myv VFR to rno. Just finished aeronautical medical altitude training at beale AFB. Could have impact on alertness. On climb from myv we were under beale class C and called sac approach on 119.1. We inadvertently entered the arsa. After getting a response from sac approach, they told us to remain clear of class C. We then exited class C until cleared to climb. Then passed back into class C to our en route course.
