Narrative:
VOR B approach at 8y2 (buffalo) 90 degree crosswind 9 KTS, no precipitation or braking action reported. Upon landing aircraft hydroplaned. When aircraft was brought under control available runway was minimal. Braking nil. Runway lights damaged, aircraft damaged. Contributing factors were decision making. Should have continued to airport with better facilities, ie, braking action, WX, precision approach. Fatigue due to single pilot crew and equipment on aircraft.
