Narrative:
Procedure page 2, part 4 servicing states: service engine oil, engine oil must be svced within 30 mins after engine is shut down. Flight XXX from mia brakes were parked at XA22. Completed engine inspection at approximately XC00 and found engine oil to be low. Before I had a chance to run engines and service the engines correctly, XD00 noticed engines were svced with oil. Engines had been shut down at least 2 hours. I feel if an a&P mechanic is signing for servicing the engines, an a&P mechanic should be servicing the engines.
