Narrative:
After landing at lax on runway 25L, tower instructed me to 'keep it rolling,' cross runway 25R on the high speed taxiway M and contact ground. After crossing runway 25R and crossing the hold line, I contacted ground while I was braking to a stop at the intersection of taxiway M and taxiway B. An air carrier B737 was proceeding east on taxiway B at a fast taxi speed and came in close pox of colliding with my aircraft. Ground controller immediately instructed me to turn right onto taxiway B and use taxiway C9. Factors contributing to this incident include: 1) night time. 2) many service vehicles on service road between taxiway B and taxiway C (many headlights). The air carrier B737 had nose taxi light on and blended in with service vehicles. 3) high taxi speed of B737 and MD80. 4) ground and tower did not expect me to arrive at the intersection of taxiway M and taxiway B as quickly as I did, or the air carrier B737 to be at that same intersection at the same time. 5) weak communication between ground and tower. 6) better visual recognition of taxiway aircraft at night.

Title: GND CONFLICT BTWN 2 TAXIING ACR ACFT AT LAX, CA.
Narrative: AFTER LNDG AT LAX ON RWY 25L, TWR INSTRUCTED ME TO 'KEEP IT ROLLING,' CROSS RWY 25R ON THE HIGH SPD TXWY M AND CONTACT GND. AFTER XING RWY 25R AND XING THE HOLD LINE, I CONTACTED GND WHILE I WAS BRAKING TO A STOP AT THE INTXN OF TXWY M AND TXWY B. AN ACR B737 WAS PROCEEDING E ON TXWY B AT A FAST TAXI SPD AND CAME IN CLOSE POX OF COLLIDING WITH MY ACFT. GND CTLR IMMEDIATELY INSTRUCTED ME TO TURN R ONTO TXWY B AND USE TXWY C9. FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO THIS INCIDENT INCLUDE: 1) NIGHT TIME. 2) MANY SVC VEHICLES ON SVC ROAD BTWN TXWY B AND TXWY C (MANY HEADLIGHTS). THE ACR B737 HAD NOSE TAXI LIGHT ON AND BLENDED IN WITH SVC VEHICLES. 3) HIGH TAXI SPD OF B737 AND MD80. 4) GND AND TWR DID NOT EXPECT ME TO ARRIVE AT THE INTXN OF TXWY M AND TXWY B AS QUICKLY AS I DID, OR THE ACR B737 TO BE AT THAT SAME INTXN AT THE SAME TIME. 5) WEAK COM BTWN GND AND TWR. 6) BETTER VISUAL RECOGNITION OF TXWY ACFT AT NIGHT.
