Narrative:

On approach to pbi, bad storms at the airport storm on east end. Had to land east with tailwind. On final, ILS runway 9L, 2 mi out, tailwind went beyond legal limits. Called go around thrust, flaps 15 degrees, gear up. Tower said 'turn left 270 degrees, climb and maintain 2500 ft.' in the twin, aircraft pitched up to 32 degrees and the rapid climb rate caused the aircraft to fly past 2500 ft to 3400 ft before the climb was arrested. We told tower. They said 'descend to 3000 ft.' it is not understood yet why the aircraft pitched up so rapidly on the go around.
