We left btv airport, leveled off at FL260. We left altimeter setting at 30.30 (local setting). Controller said to 'check 29.92,' first officer said 'roger, 29.92, thanks.' we set 29.92 and re-leveled at FL260. Rest of flight uneventful. No conflicts with other aircraft.
