Narrative:
Training flight from 19N to pne. Pne VOR inoperative. By the time this was realized, phl airspace was penetrated and heading was corrected to exit the airspace as fast as possible. I was complacent due to the short distance being traveled, and due to the fact that I have done this flight many times.

Title: AN EXTREMELY LOW TIME PLT ADMITTED TO COMPLACENCY WHEN HE PENETRATED PHL CLASS B AIRSPACE, SINCE HE HAS MADE THIS FLT SO MANY TIMES.
Narrative: TRAINING FLT FROM 19N TO PNE. PNE VOR INOP. BY THE TIME THIS WAS REALIZED, PHL AIRSPACE WAS PENETRATED AND HDG WAS CORRECTED TO EXIT THE AIRSPACE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. I WAS COMPLACENT DUE TO THE SHORT DISTANCE BEING TRAVELED, AND DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE DONE THIS FLT MANY TIMES.
