Narrative:
In cruise at FL330 with autoplt #2 engaged and autothrottles engaged, #2 autoplt disengaged along with autothrottle #2. The disengagement was not noticed for about 15 seconds, during which time the aircraft slowly climbed approximately 600 ft at which point the deviation was caught and the aircraft was then manually returned to FL330.

Title: A DC10 CREW FAILS TO NOTE A DISCONNECT OF THEIR #2 AUTOPLT AND AUTO THRUST WITH THE ACFT CLBING 600 FT BEFORE CORRECTIVE ACTION IS TAKEN BY THE CREW, E OF OBH, NE.
Narrative: IN CRUISE AT FL330 WITH AUTOPLT #2 ENGAGED AND AUTOTHROTTLES ENGAGED, #2 AUTOPLT DISENGAGED ALONG WITH AUTOTHROTTLE #2. THE DISENGAGEMENT WAS NOT NOTICED FOR ABOUT 15 SECONDS, DURING WHICH TIME THE ACFT SLOWLY CLBED APPROX 600 FT AT WHICH POINT THE DEV WAS CAUGHT AND THE ACFT WAS THEN MANUALLY RETURNED TO FL330.
