Narrative:
This passenger had been drinking prior to boarding our flight. We were delayed due to WX. We sat for a time waiting to take off. She would not situation down and became verbally abusive to all of the flight crew. She finally went and sat in her seat. We took off as usual. During the service, she became more irate at this time, due to the fact that I refused to serve her and her husband any liquor. She ranted and raved, thinking I would just serve her. She ended up in the first class galley, when she had words with the captain. She was seated and didn't give me any more problems. We landed and the police met our flight at the gate. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that they were #44 in line on the taxiway in dfw, when the woman rang the call button to see if she could use the lavatory. When she was told 'no,' she started calling the flight attendant profane names. During the flight, the captain just happened to go to the galley to get himself a cup of coffee, as the reporter and the purser were in the midst of an elaborate service. That is when the woman started in on him. He then told the flight attendants not to serve her any liquor. Her husband never said a word during this whole ordeal.

Narrative: THIS PAX HAD BEEN DRINKING PRIOR TO BOARDING OUR FLT. WE WERE DELAYED DUE TO WX. WE SAT FOR A TIME WAITING TO TAKE OFF. SHE WOULD NOT SIT DOWN AND BECAME VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO ALL OF THE FLC. SHE FINALLY WENT AND SAT IN HER SEAT. WE TOOK OFF AS USUAL. DURING THE SVC, SHE BECAME MORE IRATE AT THIS TIME, DUE TO THE FACT THAT I REFUSED TO SERVE HER AND HER HUSBAND ANY LIQUOR. SHE RANTED AND RAVED, THINKING I WOULD JUST SERVE HER. SHE ENDED UP IN THE FIRST CLASS GALLEY, WHEN SHE HAD WORDS WITH THE CAPT. SHE WAS SEATED AND DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY MORE PROBS. WE LANDED AND THE POLICE MET OUR FLT AT THE GATE. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THEY WERE #44 IN LINE ON THE TXWY IN DFW, WHEN THE WOMAN RANG THE CALL BUTTON TO SEE IF SHE COULD USE THE LAVATORY. WHEN SHE WAS TOLD 'NO,' SHE STARTED CALLING THE FLT ATTENDANT PROFANE NAMES. DURING THE FLT, THE CAPT JUST HAPPENED TO GO TO THE GALLEY TO GET HIMSELF A CUP OF COFFEE, AS THE RPTR AND THE PURSER WERE IN THE MIDST OF AN ELABORATE SVC. THAT IS WHEN THE WOMAN STARTED IN ON HIM. HE THEN TOLD THE FLT ATTENDANTS NOT TO SERVE HER ANY LIQUOR. HER HUSBAND NEVER SAID A WORD DURING THIS WHOLE ORDEAL.
