Narrative:
There was a passenger conflict with flight attendant #5. The passenger threatened flight attendant, 'once we arrive in ord, she will beat the @#?*, out of her.' she, (flight attendant #5) was advised not to serve alcohol to a group of 3 couples. A woman became irate. The captain came back. We landed in mia. The passenger taken off. The passenger should not have been boarded coming from st thomas. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the flight was from san juan to ord and she was not directly involved in the incident. There were 3 couples involved in the incident, all traveling together. They boarded in a semi-intoxicated condition. After causing a loud disturbance, one of the flight attendants told the couples that no more liquor was to be served to them. This caused one of the women to go ballistic and threaten flight attendant #5. They diverted to miami to remove the woman, and eventually, the husband and another couple got off also. The third couple stayed onboard and remained calm and quiet.

Narrative: THERE WAS A PAX CONFLICT WITH FLT ATTENDANT #5. THE PAX THREATENED FLT ATTENDANT, 'ONCE WE ARRIVE IN ORD, SHE WILL BEAT THE @#?*, OUT OF HER.' SHE, (FLT ATTENDANT #5) WAS ADVISED NOT TO SERVE ALCOHOL TO A GROUP OF 3 COUPLES. A WOMAN BECAME IRATE. THE CAPT CAME BACK. WE LANDED IN MIA. THE PAX TAKEN OFF. THE PAX SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN BOARDED COMING FROM ST THOMAS. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THE FLT WAS FROM SAN JUAN TO ORD AND SHE WAS NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THE INCIDENT. THERE WERE 3 COUPLES INVOLVED IN THE INCIDENT, ALL TRAVELING TOGETHER. THEY BOARDED IN A SEMI-INTOXICATED CONDITION. AFTER CAUSING A LOUD DISTURBANCE, ONE OF THE FLT ATTENDANTS TOLD THE COUPLES THAT NO MORE LIQUOR WAS TO BE SERVED TO THEM. THIS CAUSED ONE OF THE WOMEN TO GO BALLISTIC AND THREATEN FLT ATTENDANT #5. THEY DIVERTED TO MIAMI TO REMOVE THE WOMAN, AND EVENTUALLY, THE HUSBAND AND ANOTHER COUPLE GOT OFF ALSO. THE THIRD COUPLE STAYED ONBOARD AND REMAINED CALM AND QUIET.
