Narrative:
No collision has occurred, but I believe the potential for an near midair collision exists in the vicinity of sna and el toro airfield. Recently, the FAA changed the class C airspace to class G airspace. This potentially fatal decision exposes the ILS runway 19R approach to sna to the collision hazard. The possibility exists to have non transponder equipped aircraft mixing with IFR aircraft on the approach to runway 19R in the area of snake and lemon intxns. I believe it is only a matter of time before a collision occurs between a commercial airliner and a non transponder equipped aircraft.

Narrative: NO COLLISION HAS OCCURRED, BUT I BELIEVE THE POTENTIAL FOR AN NMAC EXISTS IN THE VICINITY OF SNA AND EL TORO AIRFIELD. RECENTLY, THE FAA CHANGED THE CLASS C AIRSPACE TO CLASS G AIRSPACE. THIS POTENTIALLY FATAL DECISION EXPOSES THE ILS RWY 19R APCH TO SNA TO THE COLLISION HAZARD. THE POSSIBILITY EXISTS TO HAVE NON XPONDER EQUIPPED ACFT MIXING WITH IFR ACFT ON THE APCH TO RWY 19R IN THE AREA OF SNAKE AND LEMON INTXNS.
