Narrative:

A flight from atlanta to washington national. Flight was between gso and ric on J14. ZDC cleared flight for crossing restr at jaxsn (FL260). We were at FL330, 35 mi south of jaxsn. Slow to initiate descent to meet restr. Notified ATC and ATC subsequently issued an expedited descent to FL260. Crossed jaxsn at FL270, leveling at FL260 82 DME from ric. It was late and at the end of a long day. Slow to compute descent gradient required for restr. Supplemental information from acn 495344: center cleared us to cross jaxsn intersection at FL260. We slowly started the descent. Supplemental information from acn 495150: we were slow to initiate descent and then not aggressive enough with descent to meet the restr.
