Narrative:
MD80 (aircraft X) landing without clearance. Aircraft was called several times while on final approach. Final approach controller was called to switch the aircraft to appropriate frequency. No response on either frequency. Aircraft landed without talking to anyone and he cleared the runway but stopped on the high speed taxiway. The following aircraft landed and cleared at the same taxiway. Still unable to talk to aircraft X. The third arrival would not be able to clear the runway if he landed. After several mins, aircraft X checked on frequency. Reported deviation to supervisor, however, no action taken.
