Narrative:
On job card #wxbcv, passenger oxygen system operation and check masks for aircraft xyz, I helped complete and stamped step 02 a through I and J(1). Upon trying to perform step 02-J(2) I wrote up 'write-ups all discolored mask bags and hoses failed.' I ordered new replacement mask and left because of shift change. This was the only shift I worked on this card so I wasn't able to see the job to completion. I performed and signed their work dec/xa/99.
