Narrative:
I was descending to get under the class B airspace for mci to land at mkc. As I descended under the outer ring, I was getting ATIS to mkc. I reset my altimeter setting and realized that I 'may' have cut the outer ring close and had an incursion. What I learned: 1) get ATIS sooner, 2) obtain flight following, 3) give class B more space.
