Narrative:
Upon arrival at XXX, advised by maintenance that we had frozen lines in galley. Prior to departure from ZZZ to XXX, lead flight attendant advised 'no water in galley' but said forward lavatory was ok. Since water from same source, assumed lines not frozen. Lines were thawed without consequence.

Title: A MEDIUM LARGE TRANSPORT WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH NO WATER SVC IN THE FORWARD CABIN BUT NOT WRITTEN IN THE LOGBOOK OR DEFERRED.
Narrative: UPON ARR AT XXX, ADVISED BY MAINT THAT WE HAD FROZEN LINES IN GALLEY. PRIOR TO DEP FROM ZZZ TO XXX, LEAD FLT ATTENDANT ADVISED 'NO WATER IN GALLEY' BUT SAID FORWARD LAVATORY WAS OK. SINCE WATER FROM SAME SOURCE, ASSUMED LINES NOT FROZEN. LINES WERE THAWED WITHOUT CONSEQUENCE.
