Narrative: ON THIS DATE I OPERATED AN ACFT WITH A DEFERRED AUTOPLT SYS, SUBSEQUENTLY I LEARNED THAT THE MAINT DEFERRAL WAS IMPROPERLY RECORDED. THIS TYPE EVENT IS PREVENTABLE BY MORE CLOSE SCRUTINY OF THE ACFT MAINT RECORDS.
