Narrative:
Landed on runway 7L. Instructed by ground to 'taxi up to and hold short of runway 7R.' stopped on runway side of line to await further instructions. Was advised at that time that I had crossed the hold short line. Instructed to taxi to parking. I realized as soon as ground came over the radio what I had done. I had 2 passenger with me at the time who were conversing. In addition, I'm currently working on my IFR rating and was listening to ground give a clearance to another aircraft. I believe I allowed both of these incidents to become distrs, resulting in the crossing of the hold short line.

Title: A C175 PLT, AFTER LNDG, TAXIED PAST THE HOLD LINE OF A PARALLEL RWY.
Narrative: LANDED ON RWY 7L. INSTRUCTED BY GND TO 'TAXI UP TO AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 7R.' STOPPED ON RWY SIDE OF LINE TO AWAIT FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. WAS ADVISED AT THAT TIME THAT I HAD CROSSED THE HOLD SHORT LINE. INSTRUCTED TO TAXI TO PARKING. I REALIZED AS SOON AS GND CAME OVER THE RADIO WHAT I HAD DONE. I HAD 2 PAX WITH ME AT THE TIME WHO WERE CONVERSING. IN ADDITION, I'M CURRENTLY WORKING ON MY IFR RATING AND WAS LISTENING TO GND GIVE A CLRNC TO ANOTHER ACFT. I BELIEVE I ALLOWED BOTH OF THESE INCIDENTS TO BECOME DISTRS, RESULTING IN THE XING OF THE HOLD SHORT LINE.
