Narrative:
On jan/xa/01 at approximately XA00, I made a gear up landing at ism airport on runway 33. It was daylight, VMC, and winds were calm. There was minimal damage to the aircraft and no injuries. The tower was operational.

Title: PLT OF A PA28R LANDED GEAR UP.
Narrative: ON JAN/XA/01 AT APPROX XA00, I MADE A GEAR UP LNDG AT ISM ARPT ON RWY 33. IT WAS DAYLIGHT, VMC, AND WINDS WERE CALM. THERE WAS MINIMAL DAMAGE TO THE ACFT AND NO INJURIES. THE TWR WAS OPERATIONAL.
