Narrative:
The crew went to lunch on an extended (2+ hour) break. They drove into town. After lunch, the crew realized they were gone longer than realized and would have to hurry. We arrived at the aircraft 15 mins prior to scheduled departure. Since we were late, we were rushed to try to leave on time. In taxiing out, ground gave us our IFR clearance and stated 'ceiling 600 ft broken, visibility 2 1/2 mi.

Title: ACR FLC DEPART SUN ARPT IN VIOLATION OF PUBLISHED WX AND COMPANY CRITERIA.
Narrative: THE CREW WENT TO LUNCH ON AN EXTENDED (2+ HR) BREAK. THEY DROVE INTO TOWN. AFTER LUNCH, THE CREW REALIZED THEY WERE GONE LONGER THAN REALIZED AND WOULD HAVE TO HURRY. WE ARRIVED AT THE ACFT 15 MINS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED DEP. SINCE WE WERE LATE, WE WERE RUSHED TO TRY TO LEAVE ON TIME.
