Narrative:

While talking to ATC (ground control), I was distraction by an occupant in the airplane and allowed the aircraft to cross over the hold short line without permission. The control tower then cleared me for takeoff with a r-hand turn out on course. Shortly afterwards, the controller told me to always ask before crossing the hold short line. After reaching my destination, I called the controller on the telephone and visited about the incident. I apologized to him and said it was not my intent to do that, but it happened. There was not any other air traffic using the runway at the time.

Title: C172 PLT HAD RWY INCURSION BECAUSE OF A PAX DISTR AT SUX.

Narrative: WHILE TALKING TO ATC (GND CTL), I WAS DISTR BY AN OCCUPANT IN THE AIRPLANE AND ALLOWED THE ACFT TO CROSS OVER THE HOLD SHORT LINE WITHOUT PERMISSION. THE CTL TWR THEN CLRED ME FOR TKOF WITH A R-HAND TURN OUT ON COURSE. SHORTLY AFTERWARDS, THE CTLR TOLD ME TO ALWAYS ASK BEFORE XING THE HOLD SHORT LINE. AFTER REACHING MY DEST, I CALLED THE CTLR ON THE TELEPHONE AND VISITED ABOUT THE INCIDENT. I APOLOGIZED TO HIM AND SAID IT WAS NOT MY INTENT TO DO THAT, BUT IT HAPPENED. THERE WAS NOT ANY OTHER AIR TFC USING THE RWY AT THE TIME.
