Narrative:
During taxi we were told to hold short of another taxiway. I stopped in the middle of that taxiway when I realized I was passing the hold short restr. ATC did not inform us of any possible collision afterward. Contributing factors: going through checklists and dealing with a malfunctioning EFIS.

Title: BA41 FLC INVOLVED IN A TXWY INCURSION BEING DISTR WITH AN EQUIP PROB.
Narrative: DURING TAXI WE WERE TOLD TO HOLD SHORT OF ANOTHER TXWY. I STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF THAT TXWY WHEN I REALIZED I WAS PASSING THE HOLD SHORT RESTR. ATC DID NOT INFORM US OF ANY POSSIBLE COLLISION AFTERWARD. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: GOING THROUGH CHKLISTS AND DEALING WITH A MALFUNCTIONING EFIS.
