Narrative:

I was scheduled by my employer to fly 29 hours over a 7 day period, beginning on feb/sat/01. Due to unforeseen WX, I realized on feb/fri/01, after completing 3 or 4 legs of flying, that I had exceeded the 30 hours in a 7 day period regulation. Knowing that my company would probably disagree and argue, 'legal to start, legal to finish,' I called in sick to avoid it. I exceeded the 30/7 day limitation by 1 hour 36 mins. Upon realizing this, I immediately pulled myself off the trip. I did not notify my company because we interpretation this regulation differently.
