Narrative:
Visual overshoots. Captain was PF, first officer was PNF. Accepted visual to runway 35C. After complying with checklist and captain request notice PF was approaching runway 35C centerline. Asked if had runway in sight and he said yes. Then said it is the one with the lights on high. I said no, that is runway 35R and to start the turn now. He then slowly started to turn while he checked if I was right. Tower then asked if we had runway. I replied yes and she told us to turn more to the left which we had already started to do. We then received an RA to monitor vertical speed. This was in conflict with traffic on runway 354 which we were already flying away from. Looked at TCASII and saw traffic on runway 35R 700 ft below and descending and found him out the window. Can't estimate how far he was away, but not very close. Tower cleared us to land and the rest was uneventful.
