Narrative:
We were on the arrival into phoenix on the suns 4 arrival. I, the captain, read back the clearance to cross suns at 10000 ft, but didn't doublechk that the first officer heard it (he didn't). I should have read it aloud and had the first officer repeat, as is normal procedure. We crossed suns at 14000 ft.
