Narrative:
Received flap control fault in cruise. Per checklist, reset the warning once it reoccurred so we did a no-flap approach and landing into tulsa. We declared an emergency, as we were overweight for the given flap setting. We asked for men and equipment to be standing by. We landed with no other problems noted.
