Narrative:
Compression stall on takeoff. Vacuum opened engine access panel in tailcone area. We continued our takeoff, circled over everglades, dumped 18000 pounds fuel, came back to mia and landed without incident.

Narrative: COMPRESSION STALL ON TKOF. VACUUM OPENED ENG ACCESS PANEL IN TAILCONE AREA. WE CONTINUED OUR TKOF, CIRCLED OVER EVERGLADES, DUMPED 18000 LBS FUEL, CAME BACK TO MIA AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
