Worn and dented areas on upper skin of flap also cherry maximum rivets improperly installed on lower skin of flap. It was apparent that the worn and dented areas were beyond limits.

Narrative: WORN AND DENTED AREAS ON UPPER SKIN OF FLAP ALSO CHERRY MAX RIVETS IMPROPERLY INSTALLED ON LOWER SKIN OF FLAP. IT WAS APPARENT THAT THE WORN AND DENTED AREAS WERE BEYOND LIMITS.
